Installation Guidance

Prep the wall: Ensure surfaces are smooth, clean, and fully dry. Repair holes and remove dust. Allow freshly painted walls to cure for at least 30 days.
Measure & plan: Choose a panel height up to 120 inches. Calculate the number of panels by dividing your wall width by 24 inches and rounding up.
Create a plumb line: Mark a straight vertical reference line to keep panels level.
Apply the first panel: Peel a small section of the backing and align at the top. Smooth downward with a squeegee or soft cloth, peeling more backing as you go to remove air bubbles.
Match seams: Butt edges carefully, aligning the slate pattern. Do not overlap seams.
Trim: Use a sharp blade to trim excess at ceilings, baseboards, and around outlets.
Removal: Gently peel from a top corner at a 180° angle. Designed for clean removal on most painted walls; always test in a small area first.
