Wabi-Sabi Charred Timber
Bring the quiet beauty of wabi-sabi into your space with a charred timber look that balances organic warmth and modern edge. This removable wallpaper captures the texture and tone of shou sugi ban–inspired wood grain—smoky charcoals, soft ash highlights, and subtle variation—creating a grounded, gallery-worthy backdrop. Every roll is PVC-free and printed with eco-friendly, water-based inks for a cleaner home and planet.
Key Features
- Removable, renter-friendly wallpaper designed for easy updates and low-commitment makeovers.
- Rolls measure 24 inches wide; choose heights up to 120 inches for floor-to-ceiling coverage.
- At 120 inches tall, each roll covers up to 20 square feet.
- PVC-free substrate printed with eco-conscious, water-based inks and low odor.
- Realistic charred timber grain with a refined, matte finish that reduces glare.
- Ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, entryways, and home offices.
- Best on smooth, sealed, painted walls; not recommended for heavy texture or stain-resistant paints.
Care Instructions
- Wipe with a soft, damp cloth; use mild soap if needed.
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh chemicals.
- Ensure good ventilation in kitchens and baths; avoid direct water spray and high steam.
Installation Guidance
- Prepare walls: Surfaces must be smooth, clean, dry, and fully cured (wait at least 30 days after painting).
- Measure and plan: Confirm wall height and order enough rolls to cover the full width, allowing a small overlap for trimming.
- Start straight: Use a level to mark a plumb line for the first panel.
- Apply panel by panel: Align the design at seams and smooth from the center outward to release air as you go.
- Trim edges: Use a sharp utility knife along ceilings, baseboards, and around outlets for a crisp finish.
- Install in a mild environment (above 60°F/16°C) and avoid highly textured or slick, low-VOC/stain-resistant paints.
Good to Know
- Color may vary slightly based on screen settings and lighting.
- For challenging surfaces, test a small area first.
