Sizing & Coverage
Measure the height of your wall and choose the panel height that matches, adding 2–4 inches (5–10 cm) for trim at the ceiling and baseboard.
- Each panel is 24 in wide; order enough panels to cover your wall width.
- Example: A 10 ft (120 in) wide wall typically needs 5 panels (120 ÷ 24 = 5).
- For multiple walls, calculate each wall separately for the neatest fit.
Installation Guidance
For best results, install on smooth, clean, dry, and fully cured painted surfaces (wait at least 30 days after painting). Avoid heavy texture, moisture-prone areas, and stain-resistant or low-surface-energy paints.
- You will need: measuring tape, level, pencil, smoothing tool, and a sharp utility knife.
- Prep: Wipe the wall with a damp, lint-free cloth and let dry. Mark a plumb line to keep your first panel perfectly vertical.
- Position: Align the top of the first panel at the ceiling line, allowing extra for trim.
-
Apply:
- If peel-and-stick: Peel 6–10 inches of the backing and adhere from top down, smoothing as you go. Continue peeling and smoothing in sections.
- If paste-the-wall: Apply adhesive per manufacturer’s directions, then hang the panel and smooth from the center outward.
- Smooth: Use a smoothing tool to remove air pockets and ensure good contact, working from the center to edges.
- Trim: Carefully trim excess at ceiling, baseboard, and around outlets with a sharp blade.
- Repeat: Hang remaining panels edge-to-edge, aligning the design for a seamless look.
Care & Removal
- Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth; avoid abrasives and harsh chemicals.
- For removal, lift a corner and peel back slowly at a low angle. If adhesive or paste was used, follow the adhesive manufacturer’s removal guidance.
Good to Know
- Install in temperatures typical of indoor living spaces for best adhesion.
- Color may vary slightly by screen; order panels for a project in a single purchase for the best color continuity.
