!! IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE !! Our wallpaper is intended for application on nearly any clean, smooth, dry, and dust-free surface. The removable self-adhesive wallpaper sheets are NOT suitable for textured walls, rough surfaces, freshly painted walls, moist or cold areas, plaster, chalk, or lime-painted finishes. They are also NOT compatible with walls painted using “stain resistant” or low VOC paint, as the wallpaper will fail to adhere. All sanded or textured drywall must be smoothed out. To ensure optimal adhesion, please remove any old wall coverings and loose paint flakes. Refunds will not be issued for issues related to wall incompatibility. The Commercial Grade Type II 20 oz Vinyl Wallpaper with Canvas Texture is a robust and long-lasting option that requires professional installation and must be applied with paste or adhesive (not included). Overlap double cut removal is optional and it can be applied to textured walls. We do not recommend using the fabric wallpaper on walls painted in bright or dark colors, such as green, red, yellow, dark gray, or blue, since the fabric is not completely opaque. If your walls have been recently painted, please allow at least 4 weeks for drying. Certain paints may require up to 5 weeks for all fumes to fully dissipate. Applying removable wallpaper to freshly painted surfaces can damage the adhesive backing, leading to poor adhesion. If you have any concerns, we suggest ordering a sample to assess how our wallpaper adheres to your chosen surface, how effectively it holds, and how well the design fits with your space. The adhesive on both the “Peel and Stick Vinyl” and “Fabric” options is designed to be removable and should allow easy removal for up to 6 months. However, the longer the wallpaper is in place, the more difficult it may become to remove. Removability also varies based on the mounting surface: paper-based, painted, and composite materials may not allow for complete removal without causing damage. If there is residue remaining after removing the vinyl from a solid surface, use soapy water and scrub it vigorously. Even if your walls meet the aforementioned criteria, there may still be other factors that affect adhesion in your specific environment, such as excessive moisture, heat, dryness, dust, or incompatible paint types and wall coverings. We cannot control or anticipate these variables, so we cannot guarantee that our removable wallpaper will be universally compatible with your walls. Therefore, we highly recommend trying a sample if you have any uncertainties. We always suggest ordering a sample to evaluate how our wallpaper adheres to your chosen surface and to see how the design complements your space. The images shown are for reference only and may not reflect the precise sheet size. Please measure your desired area before placing an order and ensure you order the appropriate number of sheets. Always round up! Due to variations in computer monitor settings, product colors may differ slightly from the images provided. We print using water-based inks and cannot replicate real metallic gold; it will appear as an orange/brown/yellow gradient print rather than gold foil. If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Modifications or cancellations to your order are accepted for up to 24 hours after your purchase.
